Amin Manji is a senior enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and transformation leader with over 25 years of experience across banking, financial services, technology, and regulated industries. He has led large-scale digital, technology, cybersecurity, governance, and enterprise transformation initiatives across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, and Japan, operating at the intersection of business strategy, technology execution, risk governance, and regulatory accountability.

Enterprise Technology Leadership

Prior to founding Traicenta, Amin served as Global Head of Technology & CTO at National Bank of Pakistan, where he led global technology for Pakistan's largest and most diversified bank, supporting over 20 million customers, more than 1,500 domestic branches, digital channels, ATM networks, and operations across nine countries.

Appointed with a Board mandate to modernize after decades of technology under-investment, he led a front-to-back transformation of applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, governance, and delivery capability.

At NBP, Amin defined and executed a multi-year modernization roadmap spanning core banking transformation, enterprise applications, automation, data centers, connectivity, infrastructure renewal, cybersecurity, and digital channel expansion. He also served as a member of the Bank's Executive Committee and senior management committees shaping enterprise risk, technology strategy, compliance, and service quality governance.

Cybersecurity, Resilience, and Governance

His delivery record includes directing more than US$110 million in strategic technology investments, including a strategic core banking transformation and an infrastructure and cybersecurity refresh covering co-location data centers, out-of-city disaster recovery, redundant SD-WAN, Zero Trust architecture, PCI-DSS compliance, ISO 27001 certification, and next-generation security controls.

Amin has deep experience in cybersecurity governance, technology risk, regulatory alignment, program management, and operational resilience. He implemented a regulator-mandated Enterprise Technology Governance & Risk Management Framework, embedded controls aligned to ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS, and established a comprehensive cybersecurity regime lifting the defensive posture of the organization across endpoints, networks, applications, hardware, data centers, and more.

Investment Banking and Capital Markets

Earlier in his career, Amin held senior leadership and transformation roles with Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank, Nikko Citigroup, Credit Suisse First Boston, Bosch Software Innovations, and Miraisol.

His work has spanned core banking, transaction banking, custody, derivatives, risk systems, enterprise platforms, data architecture, regulatory reporting, and enterprise program governance.

Entrepreneurship and Startup Experience

Amin also brings first-hand entrepreneurial experience from founding and building Miraisol in Australia, an AI and technology platform venture focused on applying advanced technology to business and operational challenges. His experience creating, scaling, and ultimately exiting the startup gives him a practical perspective on innovation, product development, commercial execution, investor and stakeholder alignment, and the realities of building technology-led businesses from the ground up.

Agentic AI, Automation, and Governance

At Traicenta, Amin is also focused on the practical application of Agentic AI for enterprise automation, operating model redesign, and technology-enabled efficiency. His work includes advising organizations on how AI agents can be responsibly applied to automate workflows, improve decision support, accelerate delivery, and strengthen operational control, while ensuring appropriate governance, oversight, risk management, and accountability.

He brings a structured perspective to AI adoption, helping clients balance innovation with controls across AI risk, model governance, cybersecurity, data protection, regulatory alignment, and operational resilience.
